Broccoli Salad


  • 5 cups chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 medium red onion chopped
  • 2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seed kernels
  • 6 strips of thick cut bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/3 cup G Hughes Sugar Free Honey Dijon (if there is a honey dijon dressing you prefer, feel free to use that)


  1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl until evenly mixed
  2. Drizzle dressing over top and mix until you have an even coating throughout the salad
  3. Enjoy!

Possible additional toppings:  dried cranberries, grapes, almonds
